Exercise rehabilitation is the cornerstone of everything we do at HEXA. Unlike traditional physiotherapy that ends at the table, our exercise rehab programs continue the treatment process through progressive, guided movement β€” in our on-site gym, with your physiotherapist supervising every session.

Research consistently shows that exercise is the most effective long-term treatment for the vast majority of musculoskeletal conditions. But not all exercise is equal β€” the quality of your movement, the load progression, and the specificity to your condition matters enormously. Generic gym programs don't cut it. Your program is built around you.

We use our fully equipped on-site rehabilitation gym for every exercise rehab session. You work 1-on-1 with your physiotherapist, not handed off to an exercise physiologist or left to follow a sheet of exercises alone. Your physio observes your technique, adjusts loads in real time, and progresses you safely and confidently toward full function.
