POSTURE PROGRAMS
Fix your posture permanently through guided strength training.
Posture is not simply about how you sit or stand β it is a reflection of your muscular system's ability to hold your skeleton in an efficient position against gravity. Poor posture is almost always the result of muscular imbalances and motor control deficits, not laziness or habit. And that means it is fixable.
Our 12-week posture programs are designed by physiotherapists who understand the biomechanical factors driving your specific postural pattern. We assess your posture in detail, identify the tight and weak muscles contributing to it, and build a structured strength training and mobility program that systematically corrects those imbalances.
The program is guided 1-on-1 with your physiotherapist throughout, using our on-site rehabilitation gym. You also receive education on ergonomics, daily movement habits, and how to maintain good posture after the program ends. The goal is not just a 12-week improvement β it is a permanent change in how your body holds itself.
